Berikut adalah beberapa manfaat sarapan:<\/p>\n<p>1. Memberikan energi lebih<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tubuh memerlukan energi yang cukup untuk menjalankan aktivitas di pagi hari dan energi tersebut dapat diperoleh dari sarapan pagi. Hal ini membuat tubuh tetap fit dan tidak cepat lelah.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Menyegarkan otak<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otak juga mendapatkan nutrisi dari sarapan sehingga otak dapat berpikir lebih baik dan cepat. Selain itu sarapan pagi juga meningkatkan konsentrasi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Mencegah penyakit Maag<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarapan pagi membuat lambung terisi makanan sehingga dapat menetralisir asam lambung. Lambung yang terlalu lama kosong dapat mengakibatkan rasa perih di lambung dan berakibat sakit maag.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Membantu perkembangan anak<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bagi seusia anak sekolah, konsentrasi belajar, kemampuan berpikir, daya ingat, akan meningkat jika sudah mengonsumsi sarapan. Anak pun jadi lebih mudah menyerap pelajaran yang didapatnya dan kebutuhan nutrisi untuk perkembangan anak turut terpenuhi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Menyehatkan tubuh<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarapan pagi membuat tubuh terhindar dari kolestrol. Hal ini dikarenakan sarapan mampu mendorong metabolisme sehingga produksi enzim yang meningkatkan kolestrol berkurang. Selain itu, sarapan secara rutin juga bisa mengecilkan lingkar pinggang hingga 5cm. Satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan, porsi sarapan hendaknya tidak terlalu banyak, karena dapat mengganggu aktivitas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Menghindari makan tak terkontrol<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarapan pagi menghindarkan kita dari rasa lapar berlebih. Jika tidak sarapan, yang terjadi adalah rasa lapar mengakibatkan porsi makan siang menadi lebih banyak dan mengonsumsi banyak cemilan. Dari camilan-camilan inilah dapat menyebabkan kegemukan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarapan pagi itu penting, jadi mulai sekarang biasakanlah sarapan secara rutin.
